Metro's current business hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. 

We welcome walk ins and pick ups. If you have placed your order, you may go to the back first dock and someone will assist you in picking up your order. We do recommend calling in with your inquiry before you arrive so we can help you quickly. However, you are welcome to come in through the front and place your order during that time. We ask that you please be patient as you wait, especially if you have a large order.

We currently ship UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and LTL TRUCKS. We do not offer EMS or ONTRAC.

We currently have a very small team at Metro, we ask for your patience in everything as we work on everyone's inquiries and orders.

Metro Auto Industrial Inc. was established in 1991 with the goal of supplying alternator and starter component parts to automotive electric rebuilders throughout the U.S. and Canada. We also export to foreign countries through third party companies. Our stock includes a wide variety of import and domestic parts for passenger car, heavy duty, farming machine, industrial vehicle use, and more. These last few years we have also started to offer high performance products and customized products for regular vehicles and high performance vehicles.

During the past few years, Metro has grown in this industry to be recognized as a commendable company, because of the honor and respect to our customer for quality parts, competitive pricing, and customer service.

Metro Auto Industrial Inc. is also a member of ERA-Electrical Rebuilder's Association. The ERA provides marketing, communication, information, and mutual support.
